CJ Yoga shares the many beneﬁts yoga offers for your body and mind through creative Vinyasa yoga sequences in a fun, calming and supportive atmosphere.
Through breath control and mindful movement, you will explore the pathway to finding new strength and create energy as Caz guides you through a rejuvenating Vinyasa yoga sequence.The classes will encourage you to discover the important connection between mind and body; to outshine the worth of any typical physical workout.
From beginners to confident yogis, you are all invited to discover and share in the benefits yoga can offer your body and mind.
Caz offers 1-2-1 or small group yoga practice in your own home, allowing more time for individual attention to go deeper and experiment in poses. Together, you will explore your mental and physical limits to discover strength to bring balance to your whole being.
These sessions are specially tailored to you and what your body needs/want:
- Attending a class for the first time can be daunting for all of us (beginners and even practising teachers!) so this can provide a great introduction to CJ Yoga in a familiar and comfortable setting.
- It isn’t always possible to obtain the individual attention you need to master a particular pose or gain confidence in your practise in a class. Smaller group/private sessions enables Caz to provide the support you need.
- In a familiar environment you may find it easier to relax and focus on the true journey of yoga, thus deepening your practice to enjoy all the beautiful benefits.
